Insurance

Our Office participate with the following insurance companies:

United Concordia Elite Plus and Cigna Dental DPPO

Our office is a neutral party between you and your insurance company. We will file your insurance on your behalf. We strive to do our best to estimate the patient’s portion for services being rendered. Your estimated portion plus deductible is due at the time of service.

In the instance that your insurance pays less than anticipated, we will send a statement for the unpaid portion and this payment will be due within 30 days of the statement.

WE OFFER A UNIQUE IN-OFFICE DISCOUNT PLAN FOR PATIENT WITHOUT INSURANCE. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FOR DETAILS.

As a service to our patients, our practice will file most dental insurance as long as it is not a managed care program.  As of January 1st, 2023 United Concordia will be the  only insurance that we are in-network with. All others we will file as out of net-work.   Our team will prepare all necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so you will have a better understanding of what your benefits are.

Our fees for services rendered are the same for all patients whether you have insurance or not. However, your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available and some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

Hopefully, this information is helpful but, always feel free to call us.
